Terms and conditions: One-year promotion of free electricity
Offer applicable to all models and customized plans Up to $5000, taxes included. Does not apply to previous sales already signed. The home must be delivered before December 31, 2023. Electricity costs are reimbursed on presentation of the original Hydro-Québec invoices compiling the 12 months after delivery of the building. Invoices must be remitted to Maisons usinées Côté within a maximum of three months after the first year of delivery.
Only the direct cost of electricity is subject to the promotion. Therefore, Maisons usinées Côté will not reimburse late payment charges, connection or disconnection costs or any other contingencies. Maisons usinées Côté will reimburse the costs within 90 days after receipt of the invoices. This cannot be combined with any other promotion and is not convertible into cash. The promotion is intended exclusively for residents of Québec who have reached adult age on the date the promotion is opened. Maisons usinées Côté reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without notice. Other rules may apply without notice. Maisons usinées Côté is not responsible for electricity costs related to equipment installed by third parties.
